3. CCTV Monitoring

For the safety and security of our employees, visitors, assets, and business operations, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems are installed in appropriate areas of our premises.

CCTV recordings are used solely for legitimate security, safety, incident investigation, legal, regulatory, and business continuity purposes. Access to CCTV recordings is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Unless required for an ongoing investigation, legal proceeding, regulatory requirement, or other legitimate business purpose, CCTV recordings are retained for three (3) months, after which they are automatically overwritten or securely deleted.
