Technical Support Manager
Job Description:
  • To enable Copier Knowledge and Management
    • To create the copier technical support
    • To introduce New Models that are competitive in the market
  • Manage Services
    • To establish and complete the Manage Print Services of the company
    • To Create the processes required
      • Billing of customers through Meter Reading of Printer and Copier Equipment installed in the customer premises
      • Coordinate with Accounting on the Actual Billing of the customers

    • To handle proper dispatching of support people whenever needed including on holidays, overtimes, and on-calls
    • To monitor all equipment and consumables are in order and intact while with the technical employees

Jr. Systems Engineer
Job Description:
  • Responsible in pre and post sales (installation, configuration, maintenance and support of Software Systems and/or IT Devices) being catered by the department.
  • In charge of doing Proof of Concept (POC) and Product Demo.
  • Will be involved in planning and designing of Solutions together with the Solutions Architect Team to ensure proper Solutions offering and smooth project implementations.
  • Provides after sales support and make sure to achieve proper turnaround time of support SLA.
  • Document all implementation and after sales support done.
