• Where you have otherwise given your consent or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws.
Any third party receiving personal information from One Depot is required to process such information only for the authorized purpose, implement appropriate security measures, and comply with applicable data privacy laws and contractual obligations.
