JOB OVERVIEW:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.

TECHNICAL ROLE

Solutions Architect (Cebu)

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions that align with business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of a wide range of IT solutions, including cybersecurity, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), backup and recovery systems, and data center architecture. The Solutions Architect will work closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure solutions are optimized for both functionality and security.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Design and develop IT architecture that integrates cybersecurity, HCI, backup and recovery, and data center solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend the best-fit technology stack for various business and technical needs.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process, including preparing presentations, proposals, and conducting client-facing meetings to articulate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Lead the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless integration and addressing potential risks.

Client Engagement and Customization:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their current IT environment, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards while being aligned with industry best practices.

Project Collaboration:

  • Work alongside sales, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With technical expertise in cybersecurity, HCI, backup and recovery, data center solutions, and other IT infrastructure technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying complex IT systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms.
  • Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, VMware, Nutanix, etc.) are an advantage.

Systems Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of software systems and IT devices after sales. This role ensures smooth project implementation by collaborating with the Solutions Architect Team to plan and design solutions that meet client requirements. To stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, the Systems Engineer must participate in vendor-led training to continuously update their knowledge and technical expertise. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional customer support.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post-Sales Technical Implementation & Support

  • Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of software systems and IT devices offered by the department.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of solutions by working closely with the Solutions Architect Team during the planning and design phase.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring quick issue resolution within the agreed turnaround time and SLA compliance.
  • Document all implementation processes and after-sales support activities for reference and process improvement.
  • Coordination & Issue Resolution
  • Communicate and escalate technical issues encountered during implementation and support to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure proper execution of solutions.

Training & Continuous Learning

  • Attend vendor-led training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings and project implementation.

Service Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients by diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and testing printers and copiers. This role ensures optimal performance and customer satisfaction by delivering timely service, troubleshooting issues, and supporting related service activities such as events, deliveries, and collections. The technician plays a key role in maintaining service efficiency and upholding the company’s service standards.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver field service support to clients for printers and copiers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various printer and copier models.
  • Perform repairs, overhauls, and reconditioning of units to ensure operational functionality.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of deployed machines.
  • Test and validate performance of brand-new and refurbished units prior to deployment.
  • Provide on-call support to assist clients with urgent service concerns or technical complaints.
  • Recommend effective solutions or alternatives to client issues to minimize downtime.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports to the Immediate Superior after each job.
  • Regularly report the status of scheduled services and job progress to the Immediate Superior.
  • Support client operations in activities including:
    • Corporate or marketing events
    • Product deliveries and installations
    • Equipment pull-outs and replacements
    • Collection of payments or documents
  • Ensure accurate and secure turnover of all service-related documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, pull-out forms, collection receipts, and official receipts.
  • Perform meter readings for clients under rental or managed print service agreements.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vocational diploma or certificate in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical servicing of printers/copiers (e.g., HP, Brother, Kyocera).
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork responsibilities.
  • Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Account Manager (ISG)

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

Account Manager is expected to maintain and expand our client relationships. Account Manager primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services. Responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager. 
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. 
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales Development Associate (Inside Sales) plays a key role in the sales team by identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect details.

Outbound & Inbound Sales Support

  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach, and use of other tools to engage potential customers.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, assess needs, and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive interest.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Work closely with account managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
