Billing and Collection Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Billing & Collection Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collection, and proper documentation of all financial transactions related to customer accounts. This position supports the organization’s cash flow by generating invoices, monitoring payments, coordinating with customers, and maintaining complete and organized records. The role also involves addressing billing concerns, assisting in credit evaluation, and supporting the continuous improvement of billing and collection processes.

TECHNICAL ROLE

Helpdesk Associate

The Helpdesk Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance, ensuring prompt and professional support through various communication channels such as phone, Microsoft Teams, and email. This role involves handling service requests, inquiries, and complaints, gathering necessary information to facilitate proper issue resolution, and encoding service transactions into internal systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to handle multiple service requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management (Microsoft Access).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick response times and resolution tracking.
Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects by overseeing their overall progression, documentation, and reporting from initiation to closure. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to track project performance, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, and align resources efficiently. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, facilities solutions, and project management processes.
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies, procedures, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

SALES ROLE

Account Manager (MPS)
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

Account Manager is expected to maintain and expand our client relationships. Account Manager primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services. Responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • With 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • With experience in selling or offering copiers, multi-function printers and consumables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationship.
Account Manager (CPS)
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

The Account Manager – Communications Platform Services (CPS) is responsible for managing and growing client accounts by offering flexible, integrated communication solutions that connect people, customers, and systems seamlessly. This role focuses on consultative selling of CPS solutions such as SMS, Voice, Messaging Apps, Video, 8×8 Connect, and Omni Shield, helping clients improve customer engagement, communication efficiency, and security.

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, or communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with communication technologies such as SMS, VoIP, messaging apps, video platforms, and contact center or CPaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City from Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm).

Product Associate
JOB OVERVIEW


The Product Associate will support the product management and sales teams in handling product coordination, pricing, and vendor-related activities. This role ensures that product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and updated while coordinating closely with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates and those with experience in product coordination, sales support, or marketing, preferably within an IT reseller or distribution company.
  • Familiar with vendor pricing, product line management, and related sales processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn about technical products and IT solutions.
